CONSULTATION PROCESS
International consultations may be conducted via scheduled video conference or written correspondence. Where litigation is required, the Chambers’ litigation team in Sri Lanka will handle court processes, filings, and appearances.
IMPORTANT LIMITATION
International consultations are advisory in nature. Representation in Sri Lankan courts is undertaken by the Chambers’ litigation counsel and local legal team.
